I teach on a regular basis in the studio of Surf Yoga Portugal in Ericeira. My schedule includes daily classes of Hatha, Restorative and Yin yoga. I love to guide you into a calm and quiet state, in which you are deeply in touch with yourself. You are very welcome to join me at one of my classes here, also if you are not staying at Surf Yoga Portugal.
